Easy to operate. Shredded paper takes up more volume than flat papers so the box underneath gets full quickly. Good security features for documents and bank cards.

Excellent compact shredder. Arrived well packed and on time. Decent product for home and wfh users. Good size, well made.

The bin itself is of a decent capacity and the unit hasn't shown signs of overheating. My only dislike with this is the quality of the switch on the top of the unit which feels flimsy. No jams or other issues so far.

Tried new fuses, cleaning it, nothing. Once again remove plug and receive electric shock from the plug terminals. Overheated and shut off very quickly.

Used for few months for general shredding. Does cross cut either seems to mangle strips. Shreds a couple of a4 sheets and then jams.

Utter garbage and a waste of plastic. What a piece of junk this is. Not good from amazon.

Spoke to amazon via chat and arranged a return, had to pay postage, but was told i would be refunded. Never again. Had to go and buy a branded shredder instead.
