Amazon cloud cam uses a usba to microusb connector that you can get here or just about any electronics shop

As for this product i had purchased a kwikset convert amazon key edition but didnt realize that as a tradeoff for working with amazon key it no longer worked with kwikset premis or kevo both ios apps which listed the kwikset convert

Once this was plugged in the amazon key app finished the setup process and the lock worked fine afterwards

I don’t understand why i need to have zigbee on the cloud cam when my lock is all wifi

The 10 ft is way too long and difficult to conceal if you don’t need the length
