Pros
These are delicious and could easily be mistaken for candy. They're super sticky on the teeth and if you got crowns or something like that - make sure you soften them up with a little more saliva haha.
Inulin fiber is a beneficial prebiotic for the lower bowel. If you aren't into powdered fiber supplements, this is a good option.
Cons
Not a fan, didn't do much for me and had a very strong, sweet taste. Also, gets gunky in your teeth because it requires a lot of chewing. One review said it caused bloating in 2 people.
The picture advertised, says 6 grams of fiber. The bottle they sent me is for 5g of fibre. I am very disappointed, the label is inaccurate.
