Pros

One gummy per day provides 25% rda of vitamin c, 100% rda of niacin (b3; as inositole niacinate) 100%rda of b6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) one easy to chew and * gummy a day provides 500% of b12.

Both products are dandy. Next time i went to buy them, they were out of stock, i hope they are restocked.

Cons

They're completely inedible. They are all melted in the bottom of the bottle. These are very sticky and you have to really do with your fingers into the jar to get one out.

Contains at least 2 ingredients with msg that are some of the worst neurotoxins (excitotoxins) in the world. They lack thiamine, riboflavin and pantothenic acid. Super dangerous for my pre-diabetic stage.
