The photo with the black hanger is the tee right out of the bag and the photo of the padded hanger is the wet tee right out of the washer hung to dry

For that reason i suggest taking water shrinkage into account in sizing and knowing this i will never dry it in the dryer even on delicate setting unless i want a postage stampsized tee
