Pros
My hair and nails are healthier since i started taking it daily. I like to cut the tip of a capsule and use half of the contents on my face to help keep my skin hydrated. My only complaint is that nearly all of the capsules are clumped together.
Cons
The product is damaged. Must gotten exposed to hot temperatures and melted together. The capsule all stick together and require significant effort to separate from a large pill clump. Have to take something to pry them apart.
A disappointing hassle. Unfortunately no refund or replacement. It’s deceptive and disgraceful.

I have been taking vitamin e for some time and i know there is synthetic vitamin e and i would not want that type in my body

I have paid as much as 12 for a bottle like this and this is markedly less in price you could get several bottles for the same price i generally pay for one bottle of 400 international units of vitamin e d alpha tocopherol
