The neck of the lamp is of a plastic coated gooseneck construction and can be easily twisted and bent to position the lamp as required

Note however that when you turn the light off it does not remember the previous setting and so will return to full brightness when turned back on

It has a super cool touchsensitive dimmer indentation where you tap your finger at the end of the lamp to turn it on to full brightness and tap again switch it off
