Riboflavin works well in decreasing the number of times and length that the migraine lasts. About 6 weeks in to it the headaches lightened up and got manageable.

Works super good for me. Seems to be helping with managing them. Has helped get my b2 levels back to normal range confirmed via bloodwork.

The price is economical. Was easy to *.

Cons

Multiple capsules were damaged and leaking. Not superior to tiny tablets in efficacy. I think that the 400 milligrams is just way too much for me.
