Well actually i did read it can hurt if you take too much one study subject suffered a cerebral hemorrhage but they were taking 4x this dose daily so dont over do it

Amazing nutrition is basically identical to my regular brand of nattokinase doctors best so i was excited to try out another brand

If you were to eat natto just as is it would probably taste bad to you its super sticky and stringy and has a slimy texture
