Easy to * & store. Flavorless gel caps. These capsules really help me. Started to take the lecithin tablets.

The bottles are rigid and the capsules were deformed. There were several broken gel caps in the bottle causing every capsule to be covered with goo. There are healthier alternatives like lecithin derived from sunflower or egg yolk.
