Inositol has helped with regulating my cycle. I have pcos and i believe this supplement helped me conceive.

The other two are ceylon cinnamon and alpha-lipoic-acid. I use these to keep sciatica pain away, i like these because they are 1000 mg so only need one.

Cons

Candida feeds off inositol. My facial hair didn't reduce, the insulin resistance spots on my neck didn't get any lighter.
