I actually prefer these to the pad that came with the steam mop

I use all of them up and then wash them all together instead of having to do a whole load with just 1 or 2

This means you cant just put the pad on the floor and press the mop on top of it to attach—you will need to flip the mop over to attach the pad to make sure the velcro lines up and the pad covers the whole bottom of the mop properly

They are machine washable but after using them a few times the dirt stains are just hard to get out even when i pretreat them and they still look dirty after washing

I normally place the pad on the floor then use the weight of the mop to adhere it to the bottom before plugging it in
