Pros & Cons
Pros
Makes drilling countersink holes fast and easy. No more over-drilling holes or starting and stopping to get just the right depth. Countersunk slightly, or deeply is not a problem.
Works perfectly. Aside from that minor problem, it works flawlessly.
Cons
Too many woodworkers blindly endorse a product because of the manufacture name. In an estimated amount of times the depth-stop marred the surface of the material for me is about 90%.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to adjust solidly made and it doesnt mar the work surface
Great quality tool fully adjustable cuts clean will not mar the surface
After a few test drills to get the depth of cut dialed in then it’s easy to drill countersink pilot holes and just assemble your project
The brass ring version has two interrupted sections of the ring that help eject the chips and it didn’t mar the wood surface in my tests

Drills a perfect clear hole in 3434 material but the bit wont retract much father so the clear hole extends through 1234 or thinner material if used in place

The nonmarring brass chuckthingy makes contact with the wood and spins the bit so as not to dig into your finished wood stock any further
