The handle that supposed to be hand free works only when the umbrella is up for carrying it around when is not raining is not that comfy it goes around my wrist but that’s it can’t have it hanging on my lower arm it is too narrow

It opens from the inside out double layer with two colours mine is red on the outside when open and navy blue polka dots inside

It wont blow inside out in the rain and wind and came in a stylish navy and white large polka dot design with red detailing
