I bought this for a dash cam in the hopes it would reduce reflections off the car screen

Although its magnetici had to improvise by sticking it in front of the lens with blu tac due to the dash cam being plastic bodied

I offered the lens upto the front of the dash cam and even on the small dash cam screen you could see a noticeable difference as i slowly rotated the lens until most of the reflections disappeared

It maybe much bigger than the dashcam lens but then as the dashcam lenses seem to be getting wider angle so it will not cause vignetting

There is a small alignment mark on the filter ring but its still a bit awkward to find the best position of rotation for effective reflection reduction as you need to switch on the camera hold the polariser with a tiny bit of doublesided tape attached in front of the dashcam lens rotate until minimal reflections are found and then temporarily stick the polariser in place
