This is my favorite vinegar--Spanish, slightly sweet, well aged and not expensive. I'm into buttery Greek olive oil, French Dijon mustard, a little salt and pepper, and of course a smashed small clove of garlic shaken up with the right amount of this vinegar. Friends always smile whenever I toss a salad, a shrimp cocktail or even warm potatoes with it. Also broccolini but then add a bit of fine grated good quality (dry and sharp) Parmesan. The vinegar makes it all work.   Read Less
