Pros
They are great by themselves or stuffed with a thinner insert. Will be ordering more.
This was used for bladder control. Caught standing bladder leak and barely any drip on underwear. One goes in the pocket and one in the diaper and it works all night long, even for the heaviest of wetters.
They are so absorbent and soft. They quickly wick away moisture from the surface. They are super absorbant and if the cover isn't soiled i only replace the insert.

Other than rinsing and washing them read about how to prevent amonia build up in them which hapoens if you dont soak and clean them correctly

Important fact its almost impossible to get rid of the pee smell on them tried washing them twice in a row different baby soap and nothing

Would have been nice if it had a infitity type shape but have a really good review used as an adult pad

Most underwear sold are sold as size 4x which is really a size 10 they run really small
