Pros

Bought it with a 32g sd card for my daughter's dorm room. Loaded over 200 pics. It's great fun to watch my pictures flutter by.

Looking straight on it’s a decent display. It's not 4k, but it's not terrible. Picture quality is bright and crisp. It is a nice frame considering the price you pay for something else of the same size with comparable features.

Cons

These are so cheaply made in china, even the directions *! Just don't buy this thing. Their customer care is a fallacy.

Very narrow viewing angle, some jpeg pictures are not decoded properly leaving color bands on the display. Remote functionality is very sluggish. I have to convert all mp4 videos to a lower resolution or the frame locks up and shuts down.

According to my mac "finder" window they were deleted. They describe how to delete by name. It is very fickle about image file names.
