It's extremely easy to setup (be sure to by your usb or sd card separate as they are not included). Just plug it in and start going. If you succeed in getting to the master menu, it then requires extra steps to do simple things.

Got this for father in law in the nursing home to display great grandson pictures. The wood (well wood-like plastic) frame itself looks great and the digital pictures are crisp and bright. Packaging is excellent to repackage after loading pictures.

After spending over an hour with amazon telling them this was unacceptable, i finally get to where i can get a refund -along with a $20 restocking fee. Contacted customer support to attempt to resolve problem. Unable to resolve.

The screen keeps freezing regardless of the fact i am using an sd memory card for all the picture. Pictures will all need to be reoriented so they don’t display sideways. All photos must be compressed and resized.

The user interface is atrocious! The remote * are next to impossible to read. The control * have black lettering on black * so you can't see the labels. Unless your network is unsecured, the instructions are useless.
