The frame is compatible with an smartphone app to load pictures. It’s easy to use with your app and the best part i get a ding to let me know when my daughter sends me new pictures of my grand babies!

If you want to take it as a high tech product, i do not recommend. They recommend returning it to amazon. It isn't, the device sits in my study all day. Save yourself the headache and purchase a digital frame from another company.

Is there any way to make this work or was the 250 or what ever the kids spent to buy this gift wasted. Avoid these fire hazard displays at all costs.

The screen flashes constantly. The frame only supports brightness adjustment not contrast. Sometimes all the screen shows is the timeout clock spinning round and round.
