L-tryptophan, melatonin, valerian root extract and chamomile extract.

I take one per night and don’t feel groggy in the morning. This is the only one she has been able to sleep with and wakes up feeling rested.

Best otc on market as far as my experience. It's a little pricy but works well for me. These seem to be decent working at least for me.

Cons

Melatonin & tryptophan seem to be main ingredients. Gel version has only 200 mg in 2 softgels. The tablet has a horrible odor.

It is much better than other similar pills i have tried to replace it like avinol pm and remfresh

I have been prescribed sonata from my family physician but i alternate between alteril and sonata
