I was told by my doctor to try this for my dry cracked heels. Definitely improved fingernails. I highly recommend this product to people who have nail issues.

It is more appropriate than glucosamine & chondroitin. Silica is also what dr. Robert scott bell recommends for helping to heal a leaky gut.

Cons

Mislead pill. Made my stomach hurt. Not worth it.
