Love this product. Best bang for your buck. Price tag is too high but it is what it is.
Don't forget to hydrate. Drink water to counter that and it helps. Take one scoop while lifting and it has dramatically increased my gains.
Cons
The taste of the passion fruit powder is really bad, like mixing bitter medicine with sugar. They need to find a way to make these smaller, smoother/more capsule shaped or both. With no whey iso, no gains of any kind.

Love the price and the amount of servings you get
So while i hesitate to spend the money on this product especially having reservations on the “true” reviews written i went for it
The value seems great for the amount to cost

I’d compare it to the 16oz drink mixes that many add to their water bottles for flavor
I tried many many different protein powders
I’ve been using it for two years now and see no reason to spend more money on other brands
I switched over from fortagen due to the high cost and a friend recommended humapro

Like other eaa and bcaa they do not report true calories due to the fda loophole that an incomplete protein does not get reported the same as a complete one

In reality if it has 25grams of even an incomplete protein it will still have 4 calories per gram
