I tried a number of ear plugs including disposable foam ones and etymotic er20 and found them uncomfortable and affected sound quality to the point that i didnt wear ear plugs to shows

Of course when you try to talk or scream incidentally youll be able to hear your voice muffled but thats the case with all ear plugs

I trim the ends so theyre flush with the end of the plug then insert the desired noise reduction module
