    With new fangled credit cards and passports intigrating rfid chips into them convience increases but so does the opporuntity for people to be targets by scammers and to have thier data stolen by skimmers

    In order to test this i used my rfid keyfob and an rfid reader for a door to test how well it deflects attempts to read the card

    I actually went to my information technology guys to see if they could help me make sure these rfid sleeves work but all of them denied any knowledge of being able to scan a credit card using rfid hmmmm…

    I believe the article said that id chips have been in most cards since 2007

    I have known a few people who have dealt with and are years later still dealing with id theft
