Quality seems great but i havent had them long so i cannot speak to wear and tear

If your goal is stronger hands and forearms i can definitely recommend this product

I would suggest starting with the smaller alpha grips

With the 3 inch grips i can almost close my hand around them and wow do they ever activate my forearms

Honestly the price is what stopped me from buying these sooner

    When i grip a 1 inch diameter bar it doesnt even come close to activating my forearm muscles and so i am not progressing
