I already had experience with fat gripz and fat gripz extreme so i knew that i would be able to handle the alpha grips 3
Try holding on with these you the man great product these grips are great for a forearm pump and working on grip strength
I would recommend starting with the smaller version if youve never used alpha grips or fat gripz before but i disagree with all the reviewers that say these are only for people with giant hands
Having such big grips make you really focus on your grip and form even with low weight dumbbells
