There is a small gap between each side of the rubber sleeve when on the bar

Just face the slit down place your thumbs on the side opposite of the slit and pull both of the edges apart with your two hands

I really hate leaving product reviews and i buy a lot on amazon but this product was just that good

Doing a couple exercises with the alpha grips is enough to overload my forearms then i switch to using wrist wraps to overload my back so a weak grip isnt a limiting factor
