Pros

Always wanted a food thermometer but never got one before. I've gone through 3 crummy thermometers before finding this one. The lid to it has a clip for your pocket and a meat temp guide!

Good for food enthusiasts who like to be very precise with their cooking. Very well designed and dependable. Internal temperature guide is very intuitive and simple to read.

The display is nice and big and the company is very quick to reply to any questions i had. The one complaint i have is the cover falls off way to easy, gets really annoying! However, i'm very happy with it and it's little quirks. Please my criticisms ... Read More

Very happy with this one. Love it. This is perfect. Highly recommend this product. This one is all mine. I highly recommend it.

I'm new into braising, and some of the recipes call for more of a low and slow technique. It works fast and since i use it i have no more problems with undercooked meat. Also the free e-book is a nice surprise.
