This is one of the few supplements i can perceivably feel a benefit from. My head feels dot more clear since i started taking this. The pills arent too big so they are easy to *.
If you've ever experienced mental fog, alpha-gpc does a great job to prevent that from impacting your productivity. Choline plays a role in increasing acetylcholine in the brain.
Cons
This product is just plain terrible. It gives me mental fog, headache/migraine, lethargy, and was simply painful to test out when i got it. It informs you not to take this product if you are taking any other medication.
