Great for the price but I'm knocking a star off since these do not work with Samsung micro SD adapters.This happened with three different cameras using three different Samsung SD adapters. This does not happen with any other game camera brand we own.There's something physically wrong that doesn't allow them to work. I can hold the SD card in and as long as I keep pressure underneath the card, the camera will detect it. The moment I let off it will shut down and gives me a No Card message upon restarting.They do work with sandisk adapters even though there doesn't seem to be any real difference between the two.  Read Less

 I have been shopping around for a solid trail camera i could rely on to get quality photos/videos to help manage what deer where frequenting what areas on different properties that i hunt. I came across the Alpha Cam, read some reviews, checked out the specs, and figured with the price it was worth the gamble.I ended up purchasing 3 cameras from them, and was immediately impressed with the quality of the outer casing, easy navigation, and menu options. I was able to get these cameras out and have since pulled the cards. The pictures the camera took were of great quality, both in daylight and at night, with the videos being of the same quality. The video i shared was taken right at first light (as you can see in the timestamp) and i was pretty stoked with the quality of the color video that was taken in pretty low light, heavy tree canopy area.I will say, I set the cameras to take 25sec videos, and on a couple occasions the cams would break that 25sec video down into several 5sec clips. Not a major deal, but i figured i would give them a call and see if there was something i was doing wrong or what the issue may be. I sent the company an email via their website, and received an email from them pretty quickly. I spoke with Dan, who is one of the owners, and told him the problem and we were able to narrow it down to the SD card class. I was using a class 4 SD card vs. a class 10, which for the 1080HD quality video this camera takes, a class 10 would be able to handle the data coming in better than the class 4 could. It was nice to see a company provide genuinely great service, and help find a solution, which seems to be a bit uncommon anymore.For the price point, the quality of the product, and the ability to get great customer service (should you ever need it) you really cant go wrong. These cams have provided the same, if not better quality, than cameras costing more than double their asking price. They are definitely worth being your next trail camera.  Read Less
