Pros

Super super comfy and sup super sturdy. The slightly inclined head part is great and seems to help some with snoring and acid reflux for me. I have trouble with my back, some issues with my shoulder and two arthritic knees.

Would definitely buy from this seller again. Very good product with extremely good customer service. The air feature is a great plus.

Light, easy to pack in my suv, quick to setup and take down. Comes with a carry case with shoulder strap. The attached pocket is handy for storing cell phone and other small items.

Cons

This is perfect and he is pleased with the comfort

Great quality so far and what i expected

I received the product and have been very pleased with it

Not as sturdy as the coleman with the lighter weight legs but so much lighter

Shipping

They sent me a new cot and even made sure to delay the shipping until i got home from vacation

Packaging/appearance

Worst part is getting it back into the bag

My only issue is lack of instructions as to how to refold it to put it back into the bag

The little table is just icing on the cake
