Pros

It is secure, sturdy and dependable. The action on the resistance wheel couldn't be smoother.

Flywheel is relatively quiet with smooth motion. When the fluid gets hot the pedaling gets harder. It is surprisingly quiet with my gravel tires. I ride gravel, so i have treaded tires made for that terrain.

My only concern is that there was very little resistance in opening and closing them. Here are a couple considerations that might apply to you:1. Do you have any experience with this particular issue, or have any recommendations?

It's great for rainy days, and lately the texas heat has driven me inside as well. I use this for indoor spinning on days when the weather won't let me ride. It's a good unit for those extra windy or rainy days when on we cannot really cycle outside.

Cons

The instruction manual is pitiful. The instructional videos, on amazon & youtube, are of no help either. The magnet used to transfer drive to the fluid is broken.
