Pros

Size, shape and weight user friendly. We have these why work offshore in the gulf of mexico and they last many many years.

The unit was set up on cement blocks in the center of the crawlspace to allow for drainage to a condensate pump. I expect no problem extracting ten gal.

Both the unit and the remote work as advertised. They're identical, from what i can see, other than the name, and they sent me the digital controller as well.

Easy setup and runs quietly. The it is loud.

Cons

Customer service was great and sent me a new item after troubleshooting through email

I sent the product back almost 25 days ago and i think it is lost in the mail

I don’t know who pays the freight if it does have to go back yet

They shipped the new one and i received it within a few days

I sent it back in brand new condition because it was never used or unboxed

I’m hoping this unit has a better life than the ones i buy at furnitureappliance stores
