The grind seems coarser than honeyville, and some of my baked goods have been turning out slightly gritty. My biscuits and cakes are less gritty and have a much more pleasing texture with this culinary grade flour.
Cons
Only the 1lb is organic. Item is not-returnable. Very shady and expensive. I have heath issues this will make me sick.

Less almond flavor that other grinds from anthonys that is good if youarent baking something supposed to taste of almond

Not as good as real macaroons made with just sugar egg whites sugar and almond paste butactual paste is very difficult to find in small quantities it is not the stuff in tubes soldin supermarkets thats marzipan

The secret ingredient btw was to grind up and reuse some of the good but mall formed discards from the previous bake
