Pros

The bag is the full weight promised. Will definitely buy regularly as long as the quality is maintained and hopefully the price. It really seems like a reasonable value to me for a two pound bag.

The texture is ever-so-slightly coarse, but still fine and soft. The texture of the flour is a bit granular, as you would expect from ground up almonds.
