Each little 32 oz container is individually wrapped in tight sealed plastic so if one cracks and spills it wouldnt damage the entire box

I know people who freeze them but keep in mind that the cartons only allow so much space for liquid expansion so when frozen a carton will bulge out so make sure you accommodate space for that personally i would not freeze

Our last order we received 11 cartons instead of 12 plus 2 cartons had to be tossed due to damage one carton was actually leaking
