Below are the details of the issues proximity sensor function intermittently works if you add a second management ios phone to the mix it confuses the unit with the settings have to reboot the unit several times to get the manuel remote management features to week

I am not sure about anyone else but that is a terrible default since i live in a very cold climate while i was setting this up

These guys better get their act together since this product is terrible they can not sustain a business with a product like this

My suggestion for them is to get their sw developers to fix everything in short order before they get further exposed

The music option never worked although they claimed they were working on it

Then i needed help year laterbecause i cant get tech support phone numbers emails etc dont work i assume they went out of business

Update 3 years later it kept working although the company was out of business but i guess at some point they stopped providing the service thru the app
