There are 8 pin holes with approx 10 hair like fibers sticking up out of each hole & all of approx 3mm. Images are now bleached white and grainy. I try everything even a manual ejecting but nothing work.

For example this cd comes with strict instructions to not select channel 2 but nothing about why you shouldn’t
