Pros
It has no flavour because it's creatine which is why i gave it 5/5 in that department lol. Very slight aftertaste, but nothing awful.
Creatine is one of the best, cheapest, and best of all legal ways to make every workout more gainful. It's almost scary sometimes how quickly we just bounce up like a spring when doing push ups, for example.

As an elder this product allows me to continue quality weight workouts
This is only an ingredient to muscle gains you still have to be eating enough and hitting the protein
What was not expected is the content is everywhere and broken lid

Value is great as it is not too expensive for the amount they give
For the price and quantity this value is insanely good
Bigger sizes should save us more money

I tried a different brand and something was off maybe it in my head
Its labeled a bit differently than the same brand i used to be able to find in canada so assuming it comes from the usa
Sometimes the prices on here are better than the ones in supplement stores so just stay on top of it and look for the deals

It does get very foamy after shaking it but its not a big deal just prep it at least 10 to15 minutes before drinking and let it settle

My first creatine brand was micronized but got discontinued so ive been trying other brands nonmicronized but i found they often resulted in way more bloating and indigestion for less then what i originally took
