Alli pills are sold in stores like walmart, it’s for 60 or 120 capsules. I wear pads on days where i know i ate something greasy and may fart out oil. To offset the side effects, i occasionally take an imodium ad pill and it definitely helps.

A * liner helps and some people say adult diapers do too. Always wear a * liner. Use dawn platinum to get the grease out of your clothes. Clothe in white and a xtra long * liner is a must.

You have to decide if it's worth it to you to keep indulging or to abstain. Pricewise your best deal is always the 170 count.
