Pros

It is a bit pricey but in my opinion worth every penny. I love genuine wood. I personally like the board and hope it will help me moving forward.

Rocker board is very sturdy, made of solid wood, and the craftsmanship is beautiful. The “maple” two-toned wood is so incredibly gorgeous that you will want to display this piece for others to see the quality in this item.

Bottom has an elastomeric applique (sticker) to prevent sliding on hard floors. The bottom has a plastic coating, so that the board doesn't slip all over the place. The clear vinyl on the bottom ensures that you won't scratch a wood or tile floor.

Cons

Standing on this board is equivalent to standing on the ground and swaying one's hips. It is not possible to stand on the board without swaying your hip.

On thicker carpet its likely to render the curvature of the board inefficient and arrest motion significantly

My exposure is short so far and i will update after some time with the alleyoop

I think the price is spot onand i would definitely recommend it truly a great useful item
