Pros

Buy the 16 cover if you have a 10-12+ mattress to ensure the seams don't rip during the installation process. It fits, in fact it's bigger than advertised.

Cons

This just reeks. It's not a chemical fume smell, it's more like this thing needs a bath and deodorant. It is far too tight and slightly compresses a memory foam mattress.

The zipper is very cheap and there are no metal guards to keep the zipper pull on. Incomplete sewing—huge holes in 2 spots. One just below the zipper and the other from the seam by the zipper towards the center of the mattress.

It's nice when it first comes, but washing it one time (per instructions) turns it into a very rough sandpaper texture. This one is like cheap one-ply toilet paper compared to charmin quilted.

If you put a sheet on top, it is still uncomfortable because you can feel the scratchy texture underneath. It was so tight that it ruined the plush feel of my euro top, i feel like i'm sleeping on a tightly pulled cot.
