Ok im giving it five stars because its a well made case but its not 42 inches its 44 inches i bought it for a 40

There are not a lot of 42 inch cases to choose from and believe me i settled for this one even though it has the ridiculous pink handles because it was supposed to be 42 inches

The rifle fit with two inches to spare and i could have bought a number of 44 inch cases that were less in price and all black that i wanted but ill keep it because its just more of a pain to send it back
