Pros
My favorite feature of this product is the handle. They have a loyal customer. Will buy again for my other boots.
Product is consistent with description. As advertised. No complaints.
They have a great aroma right out of the box. Good strong cedar fragrance and fit perfectly. Although there is some chipping, the product works as advertised.
Cons
Received xxl shoe trees, for men's sizes 16+. Buyer beware that you may receive an item that is way too large or small.

The heel is very narrow and it makes a noticeable dent when you take them out

When i put my boot on you can feel a little hollow area where the heel sat against the back of the boot

In the beginning i maybe should have sanded them a bit since a splinter broke off and hid in my boot it was the heel area for me

They stated if i put these in my boots after taking them off they would dry with the boot tree in the and not cause the boot to shrink up as much and not cause sole to come off
