The habit is a hard one to break especially since ive got generalised anxiety disorder and part of my symptoms include procrastinating and ive realise i smoke to distract myself and im finding it hard to find a replacement activity instead of reaching out for a cigarette but when i do reach out for a cigarette i doesnt feel good at all
