These easily stenches to fit over a shotgun. Keeps action safe from rust and the stock from dinging. Breathable fabric allows air to circulate, preventing rust and corrosion.
The sock is stretchy and long enough for a long barrel. This sock fits perfectly and just adds a bit of cushion inside the gun case. The sock itself is decent enough quality.
Long enough to cover a hawken. A little difficult to get over a scoped. Fits both my remington model 33 and my mosin perfectly. Great for extra long 18th and 19th century muskets.
Cons
Do not use them on any gun stock that has been refinished with modern shellac. Pattern is burned into the finish and can not be corrected without a complete redo. One sleeve for $28 is not a very good value.
Fits over my scope, but barely. Doesn't fit scoped rifles. Don't buy it for lever guns with a scope. Wouldn't even come close to going on my remington 783.

Taking longguns inout of the safe always has the risk of scratching or dinging against other guns or the safe body

These gun socks are just thick enough to provide reasonable protection without being so thick they reduce your storage capacity

Important note if you have a scope this sock is probably best suited for a grip less rifle

I have bought some cheaper foreign gun socks and haven’t noticed much of a difference however i would rather support a us company
