Nevertheless quite happy with the product overall
I also like the sharpener but find with the way i use the holder on more on an angle it doesnt really need sharpening

The only reason i gave it a 4 star was because the company needs to improve shipping package

Wish there was a box to store it in but so far the original packaging works well enough
The packaging for the sticks of chalk could have been better as a number of them were broken when i opened it up to start using them
The only thing i would change is the packaging some of the chalk was broken on arrival

Chalk erases easily seems pretty strong several were broken but as the seller says hey they can still be used in the chalk holder

It just came in a plastic bag and about half the chalk was broken

The company should bubble wrap it and put it in a box rather than a plastic bag

The one thing i didnt like is the cartridge you have to press very hard on the button for the mechanism to release any chalk
