Pros

They are so soft, comfortable and not bulky. Well padded inside over the removable weight tubes.

These are great. These weights are awesome. These are just what i was looking for to add a bit more work to my aqua zumba workout.

The strap holds securely, they don't chafe, and the weights don't move around. They are adjustable with ankle size and weight. The velcro does not come loose.

They add a nice amount of weight and great for building resistance on both the wrists/arms and ankle/legs. Great for decompression of the spine as recommended by pt. Good resistance that helps build muscle and stamina.

The edging is tough and scratchy. It chaffs my ankles and even leaves marks. Be aware of price fluctuations frequently with this.
