Product is misleading. The'sold individually' is not the box w/ 2 weights - it is instead one wrist weight. One weight is not conducive to orchestrating the exercises in this program.

When i first ordered the wrist weight i didnt look closely so i didnt see that one order was one weight not two

I searched 3 local stores and couldnt find the specs

What i did find were graphitelike weights which looked messy and difficult to switch out for different loads
